Based on the research on low-carb/ketogenic diets and also on saturated vs omega-6 PUFA...kind of.

I would hesitate in saying a saturated fat-rich diet itself is anti-inflammatory. On the other hand, the alternative omega-6 PUFA rich diet would certainly promote an inflammatory environment.
