Informative article. The supplement industry is always wrought with fraud but I think this is especially true in brain health right now.

A better way to work on brain health is to practice what we know works. Sleep, exercise, and consume a nutrient-dense diet.

I would highlight diet since that is where precursors for neurotransmitters and nerve machinery comes from.

Folate, B12, iron, choline, and omega-3 fatty acids are key nutrients that come to mind. Eating Fish, liver, and eggs regularly would cover all of these bases!
