This is correct. I don’t usually weigh in on the ethical considerations of whether we should eat meat because I think this is something people should decide for themselves.

I always lean on what I have expertise in, which is human nutrition. My advice for anyone on the fence about whether to consume meat or not would be to weigh the nutritional benefits vs your own ethical considerations. Also…it’s important to seek out education regarding where the meat on our plate comes from and what the implications are. Factory-farmed vs regenerative is completely different.
