Yep I agree that nearly 100% of the time it does require some fine tuning to find the optimal diet and this goes for any person at any given time of their life.

Nutrition science has been really good at figuring out how certain nutrients are related to certain disease states but it has not advanced to the point where we can look at someone's genetics + environment + food preferences and tell them exactly what to eat...yet.
